Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed Monday thru Fridays in the order that they are received. Unless a product is unexpectedly out of stock, all orders are shipped within three to five business days.

Should your order be delayed for more than five business days, we will notify you via the contact information included with your order.

Please be aware that every country has its own laws, regulations, taxes and import duties. Buyers are responsible for any customs and or import duties that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Incorrect Shipping, Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible nor do we do offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments that are shown as "delivered" in the tracking.   Customers are responsible for supplying the correct shipping address. Please contact us immediately if the incorrect shipping address is entered. Packages returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address will be refunded minus 20% restocking fee and shipping costs.

Please report any order issues to us within three days of receipt. Should your package arrive damaged, we will require a picture of the damage and or issue. Please keep all of the original packaging, damaged products and notify us immediately. To better serve you please include a detailed description of the issue, your order number and the best and fastest way you can be reached.

Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns:

We do not offer exchanges, returns, or cancellations. All orders are final.
